Bench Vise PTC Creo Parametric · 模型 156009
This project presents a 3D mechanical model of a Bench Vise, designed and assembled using PTC Creo Parametric. The bench vise is a commonly used workshop tool designed to securely hold workpieces during operations such as cutting, drilling, filing, and assembly. The model includes all essential components of a standard vise mechanism, such as the fixed jaw, movable jaw, lead screw, handle bar, and base mounting plate. Each part was individually created using parametric modeling techniques and then assembled to demonstrate the functional working mechanism of the vise. The threaded lead screw mechanism converts the rotational motion of the handle into linear movement of the sliding jaw, allowing the vise to clamp objects firmly between the jaws. The base includes mounting holes for fixing the vise securely onto a workbench. This model was developed to demonstrate solid modeling, assembly design, and mechanical component interaction within Creo. The design focuses on accurate geometry, realistic proportions, and proper mechanical structure similar to real workshop vises.
