This is a 3-way bevel gearbox designed for one of my mechanical projects, intended to distribute power from a single input shaft to two mutually perpendicular output shafts. The gearbox uses bevel gear pairs for efficient torque transmission and directional change in a compact form factor. The casing is split into two parts for easy assembly and is designed to be 3D printed, as shown in the exploded and cutaway views. The teardown highlights the internal gear arrangement, shaft layout, and bearing-supported structure. All shafts are 8 mm diameter and keyed, making the design suitable for small-scale drivetrains, prototypes, and educational applications.
