This is a quick release mount for the beyond power voltra. It is designed to mount flush with 1/4-3/4" thick gym flooring. It is made almost entirely from flat plate and off the shelf parts that could be water jetted or laser cut at a service like send cut send. It does have a number of tapped and countersunk holes which service bureaus may or may not be able to accommodate. The detachable plate and top plate are designed to be made from steel, ideally stainless to prevent corrosion in a sweaty gym environment. The base plate does not have high strength requirements so plastic or aluminum would be acceptable. If you are using it with 3/4 gym flooring, you will need to fabricate the "horse stall spacer" which does not have major strength requirements. Plastic or aluminum would be acceptable. This is provided free for non-commercial use. There is inherent risk with creating and using devices like this, including severe injury and death. Fabricate and use this at your own risk. This has not been extensively tested or engineered and there is no guarantee that it is free from defects that would impact the functionality or safety.
