A custom front bike fender for 700c x 40 tires. Laser cut and welded, this design requires no fixturing. It turned out like a tank and could definitely be made lighter with .020 wall. I made this from a piece of 2" x .065 stainless square tube I happened to have on hand. Included DXFs and cut file for the square tube. Made on a FabLight (www.3dfablight.com)
