This bioreactor uses parts that can be reused and other parts that can be recycled into 3D-printable plastics. In the design process, I’ve identified some critical parts that made sense to print and some that were better reused. The core of the design uses passive expansion of the usable volume as needed, with simple parts that are meant to be easy to make, use and sanitize. Printed materials can be PEEK or PETG or ABS-M30i
