The design features a hexagonal configuration, which optimizes space utilization compared to a cylindrical design. Throughout the development process, careful consideration was given to both the technical requirements and the needs of the end user, ensuring that the final product aligns with both functional and practical objectives. - This bioreactor can be easily unscrewed to insert a system. Additionally, the sparger can be unscrewed for the insertion or removal of biomatter or sensors. - The interior features a fillet design at all intersections to facilitate easier sterilization and maintenance. - The release valve is made of durable plastic, and a microporous filter can be added for improved filtration and pressure regulation. My design contributes to recycling efforts by optimizing space utilization and incorporating features that make cleaning and sterilization straightforward, ensuring continuous and efficient use. The design is user-friendly, allowing for easy operation and minimal maintenance, which promotes sustainability and reduces the need for frequent replacements.
