Radiator support brackets allowing installation of a Volkswagen Polo 86C G40 radiator in a Birkin 7 Sprint, similar to adaptations commonly found in Westfield and other Lotus 7-style vehicles. No permanent modifications required to the vehicle. Adjustments to the radiator hose length and routing are necessary. Designed in Fusion 360 using data from physical measurements and photogrammetry 3D scan. Test Configuration: - Radiator: RIDEX 470R0394 (for VW Polo 86C G40) - Fan: Universal 10-inch electric fan - Vehicle: 1993 Birkin 7 Sprint Note that the chosen fan was found to be slightly underpowered when the vehicle is stationary. A redesign will be made using an upgraded fan.
