First of all, it had been an awesome challenge to work with,Thanks to grabcad team and blackboard inc. About the design,This is a simple design,made with considerations to detailing measuring 90 mmx45 mmx45 mm.Its made in 5 pieces: a casing, a cover, a battery cover, and a top shield All parts except the top shield are made of black coloured plastic, which could be easilly 3D printed or injection moulded. And the top shield is made of transparent plastic which is painted black on under side. This design neglects the need of a seperate stand and it could be hung on the wall using the hangers provided at the back About the UI: The design is very simple, with one sliding ON/OFF button on the front left side. About the display, as said earlier ,the under side of the shield is painted black with the text area remaining unpainted.LED lights are kept under these regions for a screen like display.which can show the bluetooth activation symbol, battery charge indication,NFC, Accept/Reject indicator. This design also allows to read credit cards by swiping through the slot at the front right area.And a usb slot for recharging or connecting the data cable. There is a slot at the back for replacing the lithium polymer battery pack, The design is held by 10 standard M2.5 screws(4 for attaching PCB to the casing,4 for attaching the cover to the casing,2 for fixing the battery cover to the body). Some more adjustments has to be made in the pcb(fixing the leds in a raised position), and slot in the casing for on/off switch which will be updated soon This is a concept and dimentional corrections may have to be made. v1.1 changes Added slot in the switch for inserting the ON/OFF switch Added bluetooth activation switch Added LED raisers on the PCB
