... I have a look at the construction of a complete blow mold. for the planned vending machine beverage bottle - dared. We have a compact, simple - but also new form of blow molding and also the mode of operation: here it is a multi-part (four-part) blow mold, which is heated by means of hot water. we try this blow-mold according to the design of the automatic beverage bottle - see: https://grabcad.com/library/beverage-bottle-for-self-filling-1 to open across the diagonal: simple, because otherwise it can not be demolded. you have to imagine that there is a small, compact device - that provides eight positions, on each of which a beverage bottle from a preform - blown. in six positions this happens - the first position is for use of preforms, preheat- the following six positions serve the shapes of bottles (inflation of preforms) - the eighth position serves to expose the finished beverage bottle. I have not yet calculated the preform: simply because we are here at the production of our beverage bottles - not to use in Germany practiced on material-saving preforms, but a thicker design, which thus results in different wall thicknesses, wall thicknesses. this means that conventional calculation models - including programs - are unsuitable for our preforms here. Here I have constructed the bottom of the blow mold: as I said, we heat over hot water and use hard brass parts. So the floor consists of the base plate - with the attachments of the water supply, the water drainage for the hot water heating - additionally the seal on both sides. It is important to understand that the base of the blow mold should be lowered so that the finished molded bottle can be removed.
