Boat Building Carts like these were built at Baja Boats Inc. in the 1980's-2000's. Used in final assembly of large and small boats. The 3" cup holders were used as nut, bolt and screw dispensers. Assembly men's tool boxes placed on the top shelf along with power tools. The bottom shelf we would throw an empty Mercruiser, gimble box, for trash. I believe the design was by the late, Donald Pfahler.
