I made this model after seeing it pop up on a forum here: https://www.reddit.com/r/SolidWorks/comments/1ph1of9/looking_for_help_on_the_best_way_to_model_this/ Credits to the original poster. Since my goal is to learn SolidWorks, I thought this was a good chance to practice while also helping out. I noticed he was already trying to solve the problem, so it felt easier to contribute something useful rather than just dropping a finished 3D model. There’s definitely room for improvement, but for educational purposes I kept it simplified. The leaf part was straightforward. The tricky part was when I tried to build the whole product in one go, big mistake haha. On my first attempt I modeled the leaf separately, then created another file for the body, and eventually progressed to fading surfacing. Not your typical electronic project, but it’s a fun way to learn from different objects. Main objective for now is just to keep learning, even if the subject isn’t an electronic product. My main interest is still electronics, but this kind of practice helps a lot
