This is my third and probably last entry to the ULA Rocket Hardware Challenge. As with the previous entry, the goal was to decrease mass, while retaining structural integrity and manufacturability. For this entry, the mass was reduced by 5 grams (0.01lb), volume by ~3cm^3, while the overall geometry was simplified.
