Brushless Motor is a type of electric motor that does not use brushes. It is known for its high efficiency, durability, low noise generation, and minimal maintenance requirements. Brushless motors are widely used in various applications, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), research models, and more. In this project, I researched and designed this version of the system. All components were fabricated using 3D-printed plastic. Additionally, several parts had to be purchased, including: - Rare-earth magnets (20x10x3 mm or 40x10x3 mm). - 0.4mm copper wire. - 606-2Z bearings. - 6mm diameter, 90mm long stainless steel shaft. - 6mm shaft collars.
