3D CAD models of the flush-mount boxes used with Bticino Sfera New / Sfera Robur outdoor intercom panels. (Bticino, Legrand Bticino, Seko, Tegui) Models included: Bticino 350110 – 1-module flush-mount box Bticino 350120 – 2-module flush-mount box Bticino 350130 – 3-module flush-mount box The boxes are made of 1 mm galvanized steel. Connecting multiple boxes: Multiple flush-mount boxes can be installed side by side or vertically and connected using the supplied metal joining plates. Each original flush-mount box is supplied with two metal joining plates and mounting screws. The plates not only connect the boxes mechanically, but also set the correct spacing between them. When boxes are installed side by side, the resulting pitch is 140 mm. The joining plates are approximately 90 × 30 mm and can be installed either behind the boxes or at the top and bottom of the joint, depending on the installation. When boxes are installed vertically, the joining plates are installed on the sides of the boxes. About the CAD models: The CAD models include the different possible positions of the joining plates. Users can enable or suppress these components as required for their particular installation. The dimensions and positioning have been checked against actual Bticino flush-mount boxes assembled using the original joining hardware, rather than being based solely on catalogue dimensions. These models are intended to help with panel design, wall openings, mounting arrangements, sheet-metal fabrication and other mechanical design work involving Bticino Sfera New / Robur outdoor intercom installations.
