Aluminum 6061 Bullhorn handlebars Width 500 mm Diameter 32 mm Thickness 3,5 mm Plan on learning how to bend and making these for my bike, would be sick. Other than that, I like the renders :) Edit 1: I'd like to point out I'm 72 kg currently and designed this with a safety factor of 1 on the maximum load of half my weight falling on the handlebars evenly distributed from a height of 0,5 m and coming to a stop on 0,01 m. Will put in a screenshot of the stress analysis in fusion360 later. Edit 2: Added analysis screenshots
