A candle, pen, pencil or stylus support single-piece design with one arm that spirals outwards and downwards from a hollow central hub, which the candle or writing instrument rests in. The support has a circular base and perimeter fence with helical curved pillars which are themselves sloped in the same direction as the arm that holds the central hub up. The bottom ring has slots with circular ends cut out to reduce the amount of material in the piece.
