Beside these two parts u'll need two zipties (under 4mm wide and 1.5mm tall), u fit it together and then just stick it in airvent outlet. It fits very well in my 2016 Škoda Octavia, and yes it does have hole for charging cable. I was inspired by this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:538713 I used white PLA (actualy the remain of the stock fillament i got with the printer) Parts were printed separately Printing setting in gallery dimensions in mm Good luck
