Two flat pieces that nest into one credit-card-sized card, so the whole stand rides in your card case next to your business cards. Slot them together and you have an X-frame stand for the cards themselves. WHAT YOU GET - Two parts that nest into a single card measuring 85.5 x 53.9 x 1.2 mm, the standard credit card footprint - Slots together into an X-frame stand with a cross-lap joint: no glue, no screws, no hardware - The slot is 1.2 mm wide and 12.5 mm deep with a flared mouth, so the halves guide themselves in - Every edge is chamfered 0.3 mm, so it handles like a card, not a printed part - Both parts together use about 5.4 cm3 of filament, roughly 6.7 g in PLA FIT CHECK - The nested card is 85.5 x 53.9 mm against the ISO ID-1 card standard of 85.6 x 54.0 mm, so it drops into a card case or a wallet slot - Nested thickness is 1.2 mm, a little over one and a half credit cards. Comfortable in a card case, snug in a slot cut for a single card - The two parts are not interchangeable. Their slots are cut from opposite edges, so print one of each - The joint is a friction fit tuned for a 0.4 mm nozzle / 0.2 mm layer height - Carry it flat and assemble it only when you need it. The joint comes apart again PRINT SETTINGS Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle, stock 0.2 mm Standard profile. - PLA is all this needs. Both parts are flat and thin, so a tougher filament buys you nothing - 0.2 mm layers / 2 walls / 15% infill. At 1.2 mm tall the shell layers fill it solid anyway - Supports: none, both parts lie flat on the plate - Bundled 3mf holds both parts on one plate, ready to slice NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
