This state-of-the-art industrial facility is a fully automated production line designed for the continuous extraction of casein protein from skim milk. The process begins with the storage of raw milk in large silos, followed by precise acidification in specialized dosing units to initiate coagulation. Heat exchangers and reactors optimize the temperature to form the casein curd, while high-speed decanter centrifuges effectively separate the curd from the liquid whey. During the purification stage, the casein curd undergoes a multi-stage washing process to remove residual lactose and minerals, ensuring high purity. The purified curd is then processed in a fluid bed dryer, where hot air transforms the moist substance into a fine, stable powder.
