I made this out of 2x2x1/4 angle iron and a cable spool I got from my neighbor who is a power linesman. I mounted a couple of wheel barrow tires to serve as gage wheels to rotate the spool. I wrapped the spool in expanded metal and added a door for loading. It works great .
