Hi everyone. This is Catfish Portable Trailer, designed by me and Dmitriy ( profile: https://grabcad.com/dmitriy.kotlyar-1 ). Description of the trailer: - the construction consists of light-weight contour tubes - tilting the platform for vehicle loading is carried by means of an adjustable pneumatic suspension bracket with a hydraulic oscillation damper which is hingedly connected with a wheel by means of the pendulum - the pendulum allows to redirect a load from wheels on a suspension bracket while driving or loading/unloading a vehicle - there is an accumulator to power the compressor, control system of a suspension bracket and side marker lightening on board of the trailer - left and right pendulums are connected with transverse stabilizer (torsion) to prevent heeling of the platform when cornering - there is a trailing arm with an overrunning brake and a parking brake provided - there are drum brakes set inside the wheels - there is a possibility to install a guide wheel - design of the suspension bracket allows to provide all the necessary angles and clearance of the trailer in the manufacturing stage having chosen a necessary range of stroke and position of the fixing point of the suspension bracket to the frame. There is a 2-degree angle for vehicle loading and 125 mm clearance in driving position laid in the current design
