Screw type caulking dispenser. PTEG or stronger and 4 wall thickness needed. I use WD40 on the screw to make it smooth. It is designed with some friction to keep it from un-screwing. Twice to extrude and reverse twice to stop the extrusion. Glue and screw the tube sleeve and just screw the plunger on so it can spin.
