Since no accurate CAD model of this servo actuator was available online, despite how widely used and useful this component is, I decided to model it myself. This is a highly accurate, real scale replica based on the physical part, suitable for mechanical integration, layout validation, collision checks, and early stage prototyping. Dimensions, proportions, mounting points, and overall geometry closely match the real actuator, making it reliable for design and engineering purposes. The model is intended for designers and engineers who need a dependable reference when working with this servo in assemblies, fixtures, or custom mechanisms, without wasting time on rough placeholders. If you need a “drop-in” CAD rather than a generic box, this does the job. Onshape source model included for full parametric access and future modifications. I could not find a proper cad of this servo actuator, since I find them extremely usefull I created a almost perfect replica of the real part. Within the CAD you will also find a custom protective cover designed to fit over the servo. The cover is retained using two magnets that attach directly onto the servo mounting screws, allowing for quick installation and removal without additional hardware. This solution is practical, clean, and ideal for applications where easy access and protection are required during prototyping or operation.
