Designed and assembled a chain drive mechanism in SolidWorks consisting of a 30-tooth driving sprocket, 15-tooth driven sprocket, shafts, and roller chain. The assembly demonstrates sprocket-chain power transmission, proper component positioning, and rotational motion using SolidWorks mates and Motion Study. Key features: - 30T and 15T sprockets - Roller chain assembly - Shaft arrangement - Gear mate with 2:1 ratio - Assembly constraints and mates - Motion Study for rotational movement - Mechanical power transmission concept This project was created as a mechanical CAD practice and portfolio project to improve skills in 3D part modeling, assembly design, mechanical mates, and motion simulation.
