The chassis and mechanical components are designed for 3D printing, featuring a dual-microcontroller architecture for real-time AI processing and precise motor control. Hardware & Architecture: Main AI & Voice Controller: ESP32 ES3N28P board (featuring integrated display, speaker, and microphone) handling voice recognition, AI conversation, and UI. Motor Controller: ESP32-C3 SuperMini driving the motors via a DRV8833 dual H-bridge motor driver. Inter-Board Communication: UART interface for real-time command transmission between the AI controller and the motor driver. Manufacturing: Optimized for FDM 3D printing and easy assembly with standard hardware.
