Not useful for grating cheese, but it looks neat. I made it to try out the Sketch Driven Pattern Tool in Inventor 2017. It makes half inch wide cheese shreds, but this is changeable in the parameters table. A definite candidate for reddit.com/r/dangerousdesign . Download the zip file, not the single .ipt file I uploaded. The zip file was made using Inventor's Pack and Go tool, and has all of the Content Center parts in it as well as the handle. Open Cheese Grater.iam in the workspaces folder after extracting the file. Made in the Educational version of Inventor 2017 Professional, you have been warned.
