...... here the current documents for the vehicle, type standard - expanded to a mobile milk processing - with cheese kettle, gas burner. Unfortunately, we hardly find anything that is useful - so we always have to design and construct something new. Example: Here in Germany, cheese - made from milk using calf-lab, is made into cheese. In the process, the thick milk - with a cheese harp - is cut, ie the raw cheese is cut into small pieces. in an automated process - without a worker - everything has to work fully automatically: we have to modify the cheese making process - or tackle it in a completely different way. the stirrer off https://grabcad.com/library/cheese-processing-1-1 has been modified: we use the two stirrers - the drive comes shortly here at grabcad set - to position on the narrow side of the two stirrers - an approaching and departing device: we cut the thick milk, they shred - they push us out the back Put the stirrer back into the already chopped cheese mass - this will save us the need to use cheese curds. on the other hand we use a cheese shredder (it is not included here in size!) - to squeeze the crushed cheese - to squeeze, thus to automate a cheese kettle - to empty from cheese paste. here are the two nested cheese kettles - without breakthroughs (we do not cut anything!) - with the ring above, in which the openings for the pipes are still missing. the function: we fill between the two cheese kettles - water to cool the raw milk. if the milk is processed - this water has to be heated - so it can be heated up with the burner. so we do not directly heat the raw milk - instead, we heat the water between the two cheese kettles and thus control the burner control and the temperature in the cheese kettle - very simply. we do not cut holes in the cheese kettles - but place them above the ring pipes in the interstice with the cooling or heating water. and swing up a feed line for the raw milk into the kettle. so it is sucked in inside the wall and inside the boiler - always from above. step, pdf
