Children's farm toy set made from Birch hardwood and finished with acrylic paint. Two complete sets for two families of grand kids. The parts were designed in 2d CAD then printed out on vinyl paper; then using a 3M spray adhesive the paper was attached to a 3/4 inch Birch board. Then the parts are band sawed out and the edges finished. The time consuming part was masking the parts and painting multiple coats of acrylic paint. A labor of love for grand children.
