Due I have to make soft jaws for one of my project, I had to 3D model geometry and make brand new special shape jaws. Cause most of jaws in GC were useless. I noticed that their spiral threads did not match the desired reality because all the jaws had the same thread. In reality the beginning of the thread is shifted. The 3-pack self-aligning chuck has an offset of 120 degrees... Considering that the situation is as it is, I decided to model some of the right packages as well.
