I made this part to secure a figure-eight descender to a pear-shaped Vertical carabiner. This allows for faster rope threading, which is useful for competitions in adventure racing / sports tourism (popular in Russia). You may change model to fit other figure-eight descenders, but be sure that there is enough space for m3 screws. Use with caution.
