This project aims to solve vibration when machining and elastic deformation after machining on thin, large surface area having, and complex shaped parts. It solves the stated problems by using the robotic fingers, so that pressure is applied evenly to the part and part can be rotated when machining different areas. The part is selected as TSP 302-1 LS Swap Oil Pan from user named rusty spoon. This project is open to improvement by integrating pressured cooling nozzles in toolhead and robotic fingers depending on circumstances.
