Class R Transformer for Microwave Oven · 模型 105158
Class R Transformer for Microwave Oven Commonly used in microwave ovens. "A typical home microwave oven transformer (MOT) has two secondary windings. The low-voltage winding provides 3.1 to 3.2 volts, while the high voltage winding provides between 1800 - 2800 volts (average ~2200 volts). The low voltage output is used to light the filament in the microwave-generating vacuum tube (called a magnetron). The high voltage AC output from the transformer is changed to DC and doubled using a voltage doubling circuit (diode and HV capacitor) to power the magnetron. A microwave oven transformer and voltage doubler operate at lethal voltage and current levels, so don't mess with them unless you know exactly what you are doing."
