Clean 90 degree bend welding template for Bodor K1 and similar laser cutters. IGS file included. Adjust dimensions according to your wall thickness and machine accuracy. To get desired dimensions: 100mm (desired length) - 1,5mm (wall thickness) = 98,5mm (center of the cut) 88 degree (some cutting machines lose degree when cutting, you can adjust it to 90 degree if your machine is perfectly fine) The size 10mm = 20mm (metal's height) / 2 The 9,5mm (other side of 10mm) is when bent it is comes into the 10mm side, and closes up. you can lower it by your machine accuracy (it also effects the cutting blade thickness)
