CIP system created to prepare a 1000L solution with 6% caustic soda or nitric acid and preheat it to 95°C in 15 min. After the preparation of the mixture, with the help of two metering pumps, the system pumps the solution through plate-type heat exchangers and process pipes, removing the product sediments left behind. The system has 2 secondary tanks made of 316 stainless steel with a capacity of 200L where the cleaning product to be used is stored. The system has 2 PID control loops, one to control the steam from the plate heat exchanger that preheats the water before reaching the main 1000L tank and the other to control the steam from the main tank coil to maintain the mixture temperature during the circulation.
