This is a home made CNC laser cutter, based by a large degree on the excellent work done few years ago in http://www.buildlog.net/cnc_laser/index.php. It is made out of Misumi aluminum t-slot extrusions, using hiwin mgn12 rails, nema 17 steppers and a 40w CO2 laser tube, with a Chinese controller. Some of the parts are credited to other designers, other are fully self designed. Designed in Fusion 360, the model contains fully working hinges and gantry movement.
