CNC Plotter/Laser Engraver with Auto tool changer · 模型 16023
This is a fully parameterized CNC plotter/laser engraver that support auto tool changer (for pens) using a simple mechanism to place and pick up pens into their holders. The original model was done in Fusion 360, fully parameterized for width and depth and number of pens. Frame built using 2020 t-slot aluminum extrusions, with 2 Nema 17 steppers (could use 3 instead of the mechanical link on the y axis), MGN12 rail and MGN12H slides for the main rails and MGN9 for the z axis. using a servo for the lift up/down mechanism for the pen. Other parts are made from 5mm Aluminum plates, or could be 3D printed if more convenient for you. Main control board is an Arduino for GRBL plotter or GRBL laser for the laser operations. will add a mount for a NEJE like 40w/80w laser head later on.
