I was bored this weekend so drew up another 4 X 4 CNC Router design in Fusion 360. Similar to my previous design, but this one uses 8016 extrusions for side rails and gantry. Dual 20mm profile rails and 20mm ball screws are used on all axis. Nema 34 stepper motors, couplers, 2.2 kw spindle and BK/BF bearings were downloaded from GrabCad. 1/15/18 - Fixed a problem with hole placement - removed all bolts from model 1/18/18 - V16 This was a total rebuild of this model with several issues fixed. Modifications will continue to be made on this model so if you think you might want to build it, please download the latest version. 1/19/18 - V18 Fixed a couple of minor pocket issues. Added chamfer to all machined parts. 8/27/18 - CAD files removed to fix a motor/ballscrew alignment issue on the X axis. They will be restored as soon as corrections are made. 8/30/18 - Uploaded 1500x1400x400 Router v4-3 v16 which is an almost total rebuild from the frame up. Fixed several alignment issues and added limit switches. Several holes were also added that were missing from the original design. Please let me know if you notice any problems and I'll get them fixed as soon as I can. 8/31/18 - Uploaded 1500x1400x400 Router v4-3 v17 - This revision fixed a clearance issue with X Axis proximity switch and added a tray for mounting the X Axis cable management.
