Most entry level tubing benders use a lever arrangement that requires incrementing/resetting pins to get larger bend angles. This approach with a servo and large gear reduction uses continuous rotation to get up to 180 deg bends in one pass like the industrial CNC benders. Total reduction ratio of 3780 to 1 (harmonic drive on the motor with 3 chain reduction stages) Output torque around 1500 Nm The current design is only setup for 1.25 in dia tubing with a 5 in centerline bend radius.
