A Vertex / Cyclon stream will be generated by the tilted spinning wheels well during flight. The aerodynamic Coanda effect and a Electro-AeroDynamics Surface ( (One Atmosphere Glow Discharge Plasma) will be used to control dynamically the boundary layer flow and the drag of the air flow from theCoaxial Rotors around the Coanda effect hull and increase the the lift.
