This globally parameterized FLRAZZ-TYPE, flanged [FL], single row radial [R], extra wide [A], [size code], double shielded [ZZ]), inch-series micro bearing library contains the following bearing size-and-type designations in both SolidWorks and Step formats. FLRA0ZZA1 FLRA1ZZA1 FLRA1-4ZZA1 FLRA133ZZA1 FLRA1-5ZZA1 FLRA144ZZA1 FLRA2-5ZZA1 FLR2ZZA1 FLRA155ZZA1 FLRA156ZZA1 FLRA166ZZA1 FLRA3ZZA1 FLRA168ZZA1 FLRA188ZZA1 FLR4ZZA1 FLR6ZZA1 Although some makers may produce further permutations and others less, this library reflects the usual full scope of prospective members of this particular class of bearing. The size code comprises the characters between the FLR or FLRA (flanged, single-row-radial, non-standard width) prefix and the ZZ (double-shielded) suffix. The final A1 suffix indicates removable stainless shields, which are often interchangeable with other ZZ-code modifiers. Thus, the 0 or 1 or 1-4 or 133 (etc.) codes above, between the FLR or FLRA flanged width prefixes and the ZZ double-shielded suffixes, are the codes you want to match to find a like size of flanged FLRAZZ type bearing. But be aware that as the A symbol merely indicates non-standard widths (which in this case are increased to accommodate shielding or seals) you should always verify that library dimensions match the bearing you intend to represent in your CAD strategy. These models further enable building your bearing in a few simple steps. Unfortunately, constraints prevent posting complete dimensions in this introductory material, but find the dimensions in the READ-ME DOCUMENTATION, or the BEARING, FLRAZZ TYPE — DESIGNATIONS AND SIZES file. Create further SolidWorks bearing models in seconds, either by revising global parameters, or by little more than re-configuring outside diameter, bore, width, flange diameter, and flange width equation parameters. Use as is, or modify as necessary. If you download a subset of the library, remember to get the global parameters file, "p BEARING, FLRAZZ TYPE — PARAMS, GLOBAL.txt," and store this to the same directory. Should your eventual destination path inadvertently unlink the global parameters, SolidWorks will prompt you to re-link the global parameters file when you open each model.
