This is a redesign of a common food clip. This design is a compliant mechanism which is meant to reduce the complexity of the mechanism. The design is meant to be printed using a flexible filament that allows for the clip to open sufficiently. The design essentially "locks" itself when closed and therefore, the closing strength of the clip minimally affected by long-term deformation of the material. A common usage of this clip could possibly be to close bags/packets of food. The dimensions are 30x110x20mm
