Designed and developed a conveyor-based Quality Control and automated sorting system using aluminum profiles 20×60 and 20×20. The system integrates an overhead industrial camera for object inspection and a motorized linear sorting mechanism for automated product classification and separation. The mechanical system was designed in SolidWorks, including the conveyor frame, belt mechanism, camera mounting structure, and linear sorting assembly, with emphasis on modularity, stability, and ease of assembly.
