This is a model of a Coto Technology RF SPDT Relay (1 form C) that has sub-millisecond switching speeds and is good up to 6.5 GHz. This is part number 9852-05-10 as a 5 volt axial version. I have chosen to model the 'axial' version since this has the shortest lead lengths and is most useful for high speed and RF performance. However the gull wing and J-lead varieties are more popular due to the least effort for packaging and manufacturing. Note that this package requires a hole in the PCB such that the relay is centered into the PCB, whereas the gull wing and J-lead varieties sit on top of the PCB. Also this model was downloaded from their website in a STEP format.
