Creality Ender 3 Extended 650mm Z axis modification · 模型 155972
This is a project I did a while back, Added a drag chain, dual Z and extended the Z axis travel from 250mm to 650mm, also there are some pics here from my instagram of it finished. Custom flashed firmware, I cannot directly add it to the grabcad post, so I added it like this, rename the "firmware.stl" to "firmware.rar" and open it there is also the Arduino build I used to flash it for compatibility. If you don't know how to flash firmware it is specific to your revision of main board, and there is probably an online guide somewhere to follow. Also added in this post is all the schematics for the wiring, just simple extend it to suite, and protect it accordingly. It works very well, there is provision for dual Z but personally did not use it because there was simply no need. It uses this kit for the dual Z wiring, "FEETER Double Z-Axis Upgrade Kit" Cable chain "QWORK Cable Drag Chain 10mm x 20mm"
