Creation PCut CT-630 Replacement Carriage Assembly & Cutter Holder · 模型 2623
This is a custom redesigned replacement carriage assembly for the Creation PCut CT-630 vinyl cutter plotter. The original carriage of my machine was completely broken, including the blade holder section and the rear carriage plate. Since replacement parts were difficult to find locally, I redesigned the damaged assembly in Fusion 360 and 3D printed it in ABS as a functional repair part. The model includes: Main carriage Cutter holder section Mounting structure for the blade holder Replacement design for a broken CT-630 carriage assembly This project was created to help repair and restore older Creation PCut vinyl cutters where original spare parts are not easily available. Recommended Print Settings Material: ABS Infill: 80 to 100 percent recommended Layer Height: 160 to 200 microns Walls or Perimeters: 4 to 6 walls Supports: Required depending on print orientation Nozzle: 400 micron nozzle Post processing: Light sanding or drilling may be required for accurate fitting For best strength, print the part with enough wall thickness and high infill because the blade holder area takes pressure during cutting. Please check the alignment carefully before final use. The blade holder should sit straight and vertical, and the carriage should move smoothly on the rail. Small sanding or hole adjustment may be required depending on printer calibration. This is a custom repair part designed for my own Creation PCut CT-630 machine. It may require minor modifications depending on your machine version, printer accuracy, blade holder size, screws, wheels, or carriage hardware. NOTE:- If you want to print Print Pulleys Then you need to print 2 pieces to complete the pulley, also you need 684ZZ bearings. V-Flat-Pully is for lower side. Important Note:- The Bearing Hole and Cutter Holder Rod Hole is approx 0.5 mm bigger, because i print it in abs and abs shirnks when cool down. so please check holes before printing.
