Creative 3D Printing for Phone Holder : Rabbit and Panda · 模型 1368
The increasingly sophisticated technology provides our opportunity to move forward. Along with the times, one of them is the industrial revolution 4.0 and the mission in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the technologies that are growing rapidly is 3D Printing, which is the process of purchasing forms in three dimensions. Market opportunities that provide opportunities for us interested in this business. One of the innovations that we created is a tool for holding our phone when we want to charge the battery in an uncomfortable position, like in the wall socket. We called the product "Creative 3D Printing for Phone Holder" which has a unique shape such as a rabbit and Panda bear. I design this model with CATIA and prepare the STL Format for printing in 3D Simplify. Printed with PLA Material and finishing with some color paint. Rabbit shape has 27 grams and Bear has 26 grams for printing. To make sure that design has good quality, I use Ansys for Analysis of the Structure (in Static Structural) form that I have modeled. The Result sees that the structure has a good quality cause just has maximum stress 1 MPa (Ultimate Strength 32,98 MPa). If you want to print, just download the model as format STP or STL. Thank You!
