AeroTruss Pro is a 3D model of a lightweight truss cross arm for sports stadium floodlight poles. Features: - Eight metre total span, four metres per side, with a symmetric slightly upswept profile - Warren style triangulated truss with top and bottom chords, diagonal web members and cross ties between two truss planes - Deep root section at the pole, tapering toward the tips to reduce weight and wind load - Mounting block with clamp bands and bolt lugs for fixing to a tapered steel pole - Eight LED floodlight fixtures, four per side, on riser posts and yoke mounts, tilted down toward the field - Includes a tapered galvanized steel pole for context Modelled in Blender using metric units. This is a concept and visualization model for stadium lighting design studies, presentations and renders. It is not an engineering certified design. Structural loads, wind ratings and member sizing should be verified by a qualified engineer before fabrication.
