A simple yet effective structural member, using only 4 formed sheet metal plates in 001, and just 2 parts in 002. Box is machine welded 3/16 fillets on the outside only, with the angle of the formed lower plate acting as a pre-welded bevel, allowing for a full penetration root. All plates are to be CNC plasma cut and formed providing a time and cost effective solution while maintaining very high accuracy. Total mass is 28.52 kilograms. Material could be substituted with T100 or STRENX 700 (SSAB) to achieve an even higher yield without modifying the design ***Please contact for price quoting and manufacturing options***
