Hello! We are https://grabcad.com/pedro.biolatto-1, https://grabcad.com/john.brain-7, and Mauro Jullier, students of Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Rosario (FCEIA - UNR). This improved submission was developed within the framework of the Synthesis of Mechanisms and Machines course, guided by professors https://grabcad.com/marcelo.valderrey-1, https://grabcad.com/alexis.bregant-1, and https://grabcad.com/ruben.lupi-1. After achieving promising results in the first stage, we decided to revisit our original design to make it more efficient. In this second phase, we focused on maintaining thermal performance while reducing the use of resources. We selected a new material (graphene-aluminum alloy), increased the number of modules from 8 to 10, and reconfigured their layout to optimize flow distribution and compactness. This allowed us to reduce the refrigerant mass flow by 25%, maintaining system effectiveness with improved energy efficiency. This project was the result of iterative design, simulations, and continuous discussion—balancing feasibility, creativity, and technical rigor.
