After a thorough search, I couldn't find any sealing system that meets the requirements. Polymer O-rings are not functional at such low temperatures, and metallic seals (C rings, VCR gaskets, etc.) are not reusable due to plastic deformation during use. So I wonder, would it be possible to manufacture a nitinol gasket that seals as well as stainless steel ones, add a resistor, and heat it to its return temperature? Due to a lack of time (working 60 hours a week), I haven't been able to make a more detailed design or 3D model, but I am attaching my ideas, hoping to contribute a bit to the design of this device.
